The PDU3VD351 8.6/12.6kW 3-Phase Vertical Power Distribution Unit (PDU) is a required accessory for Tripp Lite’s PDU330AT6L21, PDU330AT6L15, PDU330AT6L2130, PDU330AT6L1530, PDU350AT6H50 and other 3-phase auto-transfer switch (ATS) PDUs that specify compatibility with this model. It’s ideal for 3-phase network configurations in data centers, server rooms and heavily configured equipment racks.
When used with 208V ATS models with a 35A input rating (such as PDU350AT6H50), the PDU3VD351 supports up to 12.6kW total output with 20A maximum full balanced load per phase combination(L1-L2, L2-L3, L3-L1). When used with 208V ATS models with a 24A input rating (such as PDU330AT6L21 or PDU330AT6L15), it supports up to 8.6kW total output with 13.9A maximum full balanced load per phase combination.
The 51 single-phase 12A IEC-C13 outlets receive power from the linked ATS PDU’s 3-phase power input connections. The outlets are interlaced to spread connections to all three phase combinations(L1-L2, L2-L3, L3-L1) throughout the rack. Each outlet is numbered and color-coded to help you keep track of connected devices and which phase combination powers each. A screw located near the base of the 2.5-foot, 7-conductor power cord is included for equipment that requires a chassis ground.
Preinstalled mounting buttons let you attach the PDU3VD351’s rugged all-metal housing to your rack’s mounting slots in seconds with no tools needed. Vertical 0U installation reduces cord clutter and promotes efficient airflow through the rack.
