Excellent contrast and colour reproduction. Great viewing angles. Low black crush and colour shifting. 100% sRGB colour space (claimed). Great build quality. Cheap for what it is. 
Slow response times. Ghosting of fast moving images. High processing lag. Not as good as an IPS panel.
