    La scheda adattatore seriale RS232 PCI Express basso profilo a 8 porte PEX8S1052 con 161050 UART consente di aggiungere 8 porte seriali RS-232 al computer mediante un singolo slot PCI Express a basso profilo.

    Grazie al supporto di velocità di trasferimento dati fino a 460,8 Kbps, la scheda per porte seriali PCI express offre un 16C1050 UART ad alte prestazioni e un buffer FIFO in trasmissione/ricezione da 256 Byte che funzionano insieme fornendo una comunicazione seriale ad alta velocità riducendo al contempo il carico sulla CPU del sistema.

    Adatta alla maggior parte dei chassis di computer standard, la scheda seriale per 8 porte presenta un design a basso profilo/mezza altezza e comprende una staffa ad altezza completa opzionale. Il cavo di ripartizione incluso utilizza un solo connettore sulla scheda per fornire 8 porte ed evita così collegamenti disordinati che possono verificarsi con porte fisse/statiche.
